I still have to do a bunch of stuff for my sewing/patternmaking course and my job is busy, but I'll have some time for art now. :la:

Armageddon Expo 2012
I did go to the Armageddon Expo in Auckland on the weekend, because my attendance was not optional, mainly due to Id0t (https://www.deviantart.com/id0t) :dummy: (she's not really on dA much, but her tumblr is here :D) Plus it's New Zealand's only real sci-fi/anime/gaming convention. :shrug:
She and I had a wonderful time cosplaying throughout the event, she as Irene Adler from the Sherlock Holmes

I'd just thought I'd let you all know that I haven't fallen off the face of the planet. I am just stupidly, stupidly busy, and looks like I will be until december. :tears: :ohnoes:
I don't think I've mentioned it before, but as well as studying full-time at university I'm also working towards a "Patternmaking & Garment Construction" Diploma at the New Zealand Academy of Fashion.
